: (1) If there is reasonable reason to believe that someone is doing any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under it, or if a complaint is received in accordance with Section 23, the Market Protection Officer or a sub-committee formed by the Board may inspect, investigate or search the relevant place.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the procedure to be followed during inspection, investigation or search shall be as prescribed.
